Macon's Karate & Fitness has been offering instruction and training in Kenpo since 1998. Located in Severn, MD, Macon's Karate & Fitness has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.

We are headed by a staff of expert instructors and managers, including Sensei Herman Macon.
